Székely, a well-known Romanian author, introduces us to the life of a former colonel of the Securitate, the police force of the Communist regime. He has committed despicable acts in the name of an ideology, but he decides to take a stand in the face of gratuitous violence. Beppe Rosso directs this black comedy that combines humour and tragedy, in which he co-stars with Lorenzo Bartoli and Annamaria Troisi.
