In this play, written and directed by Davide Sacco, Lino Guanciale and Francesco Montanari take center stage in a tense and emotional clash of souls and shadows. In the bare room of an abandoned warehouse, Paolo Veres sits at his desk. People think he’s the cruelest man in the world because he is the unscrupulous owner of the most important weapons company in Europe. He has a reputation for being reserved and elusive, but sitting across from him is a young journalist from a local newspaper, chosen to interview him. The meeting, however, takes an unexpected turn, and through a series of intense dialogues, the complex personalities and pasts of the two men come to light, destabilizing roles and definitions.
